Theatre student Imani Turner ’19 is playing the role of Puck in the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company’s production of A Midsummer’s Night Dream.
DC Metro Theater Arts said: “Imani Turner, a theater major at the Baltimore School for the Arts, brought the fairy Puck to vivid, comic life. He made every line a further embodiment of the character with knowing facial expressions and electric body language.”
The Baltimore Sun said: “And within the fairy court, Oberon’s jester Puck is embodied by Imani Turner with such enthusiasm that it verges on being acrobatic. This is a jester who takes his job humorously.”
