The flowers are blooming, the sun is shining, and dancers are dancing!!! Despite all the challenges this year has presented, we are pleased to be able to offer an opportunity for our incredible BSA dancers to perform together live for their families and BSA community! On May 8 and 9, our dancers will perform several works for a limited audience on the lawn of the beautiful city gem, Clifton Mansion. Works on the program include staged versions of Stephanie Martinez‘s kiss. for BSA, a heavy minute, choreographed by Senior dancers and staged by Dance Department Head Laura Halm Hamilton, and 2 works developed by students mentored by BSA alum Asya Melan Shaw during her Dance as Activism workshops.
