Come by and meet your student’s teachers!
Junior, senior, and all music parents should attend from 5 to 5:50 pm. Freshmen and sophomore parents of theatre, visual arts, dance, and film students should attend from 6 to 7:15 pm. Each session will begin in the Schaefer Ballroom with a general welcome, and then you can follow your child’s class schedule for a brief presentation by each of their teachers.

5 pm Schaefer Ballroom: General Welcome for 11th and 12th grade families and all music families
5:10-5:20 pm: 1st period
5:20-5:30 pm: 2nd period
5:30-5:40 pm: 3rd period
5:40-5:50: 4th period
-Arts leadership will be available to parents from 5:10-5:50 pm.
6-6:10 pm Schaefer Ballroom: General Welcome for 9th and 10th grade families (dance, theatre, visual art, and film)
6:15-6:25: 5th period
6:25-6:35: 6th period
6:35-6:45: 7th period
6:45-6:55: 8th period
6:55-7:05: 9th period
7:05-7:15: 10th period
-Arts leadership will be available to parents from 6:30-7:15 pm.
