Kwame Shaka Opare worked with the Senior Acting Ensemble and Stage Design and Production students to create an original performance piece, “The Marketplace of Ghana.” Inspired by Opare’s recent residency in Ghana West Africa, the performance includes music, movement, projected images, poetry, acting, and dance. This original piece highlights the vibrant energy of market life, through the talent of our student artists and the inspiring guidance of our guest artist.
