In partnership with the Walters Art Museum, the Baltimore School for the Arts’ sophomore theatre students will perform monologues about the Baltimore community following the Civil War. Behind the Facade explores unexpected stories of the 1850-1870 Mount Vernon neighborhood. The monologues were written by sophomore theatre students based upon primary source research and directed by faculty.
